Cafe Culture

I have always been fascinated by the different settings in cafes which if done properly function very well for the traffic flow of people, pushchairs, travel cases and wheelchair users. It's important to take all these factors into account first and then decide on decor after.

With a nice cup of your favourite beverage you can at the same time access the internet via your laptop/smart phone/tablet. Read a book/magazine. Sit and have a good natter with a friend. Or just, simply, watch people go by.

Also cafes are good settings for informal business meetings. The relaxed atmosphere creates a very nice ambience.

This one is within a bookstore. So very convenient and both go hand it hand with each other. I'm good with a large cuppa cappuccino, slice of freshly homemade cake and a good book to bury myself into.

Below is the Cafe Imperial in Prague. The decor is of grandeur proportions. The ceiling is full of colourful mosaic. Cream and mustard colours rule here. What do you think of it?

Cibo cafe belongs to Mama & Papas Flagship store in Regent Street, London. The blend of cool and calm colours work really well here. The seating design, too, is very contemporary.

And this .................. well I just had to!

}My take on Cafes ~ they are great places to hang out and relax, extra facilities are perks and I certainly  can never get tired of them~
